$120K Banana Artist Turns Kendall Jenner Into Topless ‘Wax Model’ For Cover

Kendall Jenner went topless, cupping her hands over her breasts for a fashion shoot with Garage magazine.

The supermodel resembled a wax bust in the editorial conceptualized by artist Maurizio Cattelan—the man responsible for the infamous duct-taped banana art—and photographed by Campbell Addy. The image titled Trophy Wife matches Cettelan’s 2003 bust of supermodel Stephanie Seymore.

Jenner posed topless in minimal makeup and stared directly ahead. Her hair was styled wavy and parted down in the middle.

The accompanying fashion shoot sees Jenner in other vignettes inspired by Cattalan’s work. One image sees her donning a pink and orange tweed jacket as she holds up her Rapunzel-inspired long raven hair.

Other scenes depict a reinterpretation of Cattelan’s duct-taped banana, but this time a gallerist is plastered instead while Jenner stands in front of him, donning yellow tights and a cheetah print ensemble.

Another shot portrays Jenner suspended from the ceiling and mounted to the wall, while another shows a headless Jenner posing in a pink tweed skirt and white heels.

Jenner is also pictured in a series of pigeon-themes shots alluding to Cattelan’s installation at the 2011 Venice Biennale.
