Extensive Essential Services Portfolio

The best part about the ACN business model is its simplicity – and the potential! Independent Business Owners (IBOs) offer their customers services they are already using and spending money on anyway, such as Mobile, Energy, Broadband, TV and Security.

There is no change in buying habits, Independent Business Owners don’t have to convince customers to purchase services they don’t need or can’t afford. These are services people simply can’t live without.

As an Independent Business Owner (IBO) you receive the complete support of ACN behind you every step of the way, including your very own personalised ACN Online Shop. It’s maintained and updated daily by ACN, so all you have to do is direct your potential customers to your shop – and ACN takes care of the rest.

Benefit from The Power of Residual Income!

The You Economy is the New Economy

The best part? You can earn a percentage of your customers’ bills month after month, year after year as long as they remain an ACN customer or for the term of their agreement. And every time you acquire a new customer or help an existing customer add a new service, you give yourself a raise. That’s called residual income!

And that’s really just the beginning. When you introduce others to ACN and show them how to get their own customers, you earn residual income from those people’s bills as well. That means for every customer they acquire through their ACN Online Shop, not only does their monthly residual income grow, so does yours.

Whether it starts out as just enough to pay a few bills each month – or over time grows to provide a level of financial security most people only dream about – residual income can and will enhance your life.

Your Ideas. Your Design. Your Life.

Internet. Energy. Wireless. What if we told you these essential services could be a step to building the life you’d love to live?

Start your Business Now
Success Stories

With ACN, you are in business for yourself, but never by yourself!

ACN has enabled countless people of all ages, cultures and backgrounds to experience financial and personal freedom, allowing them to live the life they’’ve always imagined. At ACN, Independent Business Owners have found success offering the people they know more options on the services they already need and use every day. Anyone with the drive and dedication can be successful with ACN, and the first step is deciding to give something new a try.

30 WOMEN-OWNED VEGAN BUSINESSES TO SUPPORT TODAY
These badass, sustainably focused, plant-based, innovative companies are changing the world one compassionate product at a time.

It’s time we put our money where our mouths are and support women entrepreneurs and innovators. Female-led companies don’t receive the same consideration as male-led businesses, receiving just 16 percent of business loans, despite employing over 8.4 million workers and generating $264 billion in payroll. These women-owned vegan companies are changing the game with compassionate, eco-friendly, and cruelty-free products, and we couldn’t be more excited to support them along the way.

1. OSEA Malibu

Founded by mother Jenefer and run by her oldest daughter Melissa Palmer as CEO, this sustainably focused, non-toxic, glass bottled skincare line utilizes the healing benefits of seaweed to provide natural products for conscious consumers. We’re absolutely obsessed with their gorgeous and calming Venice Beach-based skincare studio for facials and more.

2. Miyoko’s Creamery

From making incredible, award-winning cashew-based cheese wheels; to running a micro-sanctuary; to fighting off legislation trying to prevent her from using the words “butter” and “cheese” on her plant-based products; to traveling the country in a food truck giving out free vegan grilled cheese sandwiches, is there anything this powerhouse can’t do?

3. Kinder Beauty

Started by former Nickelodeon star Daniella Monet and former Harry Potter actress Evanna Lynch, this monthly beauty subscription box is 100-percent vegan and cruelty-free. Each box is filled with five gorgeous products and helps consumers discover the burgeoning world of natural beauty. These do-gooders even donate a portion of each box to help animal rights and environmental causes.

4. Plaine Products

Based in Cincinnati, OH, this women-owned company offers an eco-friendly alternative to single-use products and is on track to divert 500,000 plastic bottles from landfills by the end of 2021. Their line of toxin-free personal care products come in containers that are sent back to the company once empty to be cleaned, refilled, and returned to circulation.

5. The Naughty Cookie

If you haven’t had these gooey, fully loaded with chocolate chunks, plant-based cookies by owner and baker Jessica Motes … you’re definitely missing out. Choose between peanut butter chocolate chip, cookies and cream, ooey gooey s’mores, and potato-chip studded summer camp cookie. And, oh yeah, they ship nationwide.

6. Lagusta’s Luscious

Started by incredible chocolatier and author Lagusta Yearwood, this totally ethical, sustainably minded, and social justice-oriented chocolate shop has long been serving up show-stopping chocolate barks, truffles, filled cups, and so much more. We’re head over heels for their stunning Pagan Bark.

Clubhouse Latest Update News – Changes to Clubhouse Clubs

Clubhouse update release date – Tues, Aug 17

Clubhouse Update News:

Hi all — Happy Tuesday!

Here’s what’s new in this week’s clubhouse update release: ♣️

We’re making some one-time changes to clubs — to simplify how they work and make them easier for you to manage.

We’ve been talking about this for a while at Town Hall and on our blog, so hopefully you know the details, but if not, here is a reminder! We’re simplifying things by eliminating club “Followers,” so there is a single relationship you can have to a club: “Membership.”If you’re the Admin of a club, you can choose to make your membership “Open” (meaning anyone can join as a Member) or “By Approval” (meaning you individually approve all Members).

We’re creating a new role called “Leaders” to help club Admins make their clubs successful. Leaders can start rooms and schedule events that all club members can see, but can’t edit club settings, edit the club name, or add/remove members. Admins can choose which trusted club members to designate as Leaders. When people visit your profile, they’ll see the clubs in which you’re an Admin, Leader, or Member. We’re committed to making this a smooth transition for all of the club Admins out there, so we put together an FAQ to answer your questions and help you get migrated!

🟢 See who’s online — and start a room with them — directly from the Backchannel. Now you can see a green dot when people you’re chatting with are online, and a new button you can tap to start an audio room with them, without leaving your message threads. This feature is available in both 1:1 and group chats.

📥 Archive messages. This has been one of our most requested features ever since we launched the Backchannel. From your inbox, just swipe left on any message to archive it! This works in both your main Chats tabs and your Requests tab. You can access your archived messages anytime by tapping the “…” at the top of the full-screen inbox view

🔔 Fewer, better notifications. We rolled out some improvements that will result in us sending you 18% fewer notifications, without impacting room visits for creators. This mean 44% fewer notifications than a month ago, with more improvements to come. 🙂

That’s all for this week. As always, thank you for being part of Clubhouse! 🙏🏽

10 Golden Rules Of Personal Branding

Creating a personal brand can be a daunting, mythical task. And one of the easiest ways to get lost in the process is to not know where to start. Even Oprah Winfrey began by going through several style iterations on a small local show before defining her voice into one of the most influential personal brands in the world.

In both our look-at-me cultural shift and evolving job market, it’s both helpful and necessary to stand out when applying for a job or starting your own company. A personal brand is for (almost) everyone. So here are 10 golden rules for creating an engaging, unique, and inviting personal brand.

1. Have a focus.

“Too many people are unfocused when it comes to press and coverage, trying to be “everything to everyone.” Decide what your key message is and stick to it,” says Cooper Harris, founder and CEO of Klickly. Her personal brand has undergone a dramatic shift—from working actress to respected tech entrepreneur and she has handled this shift by only focusing on one message at a time. Keeping your message focused for your target demographic will make it that much easier to both create content around your personal brand and have others define you.

In fact, Adam Smiley Poswolsky, millennial workplace expert and author of The Breakthrough Speaker, takes it one step further when he’s advising speakers: “Carve a niche, and then carve a niche within your niche. The best personal brands are very specific.” And Juan Felipe Campos, VP of tech and partner at Manos Accelerator, goes one step further to focus on communities that he targets with his large-scale clients. “Keep your message and content consistent to one niche topic to become memorable within a targeted community.” The narrower and more focused your brand is, the easier it is for people to remember who you are. And when it comes time to hire a speaker or a new employee, your narrowed-down brand will be what they remember.

2. Be genuine.

There’s an easy way to have an original personal brand—and that is to be genuine and authentic. Millennial influencer and head of marketing at Popular Demand, Monica Lin, says “People can see right through a disingenuous act.” The more obviously a brand is a copycat, the more the audience will call out the perpetrator for it. Monica’s personal brand experienced a huge amount of growth after she began engaging with her audience more meaningfully on Twitter.

“Be genuine. It will make it much easier to manage your personal brand on a daily basis,” explained William Harris, Facebook ads expert at Elumynt. Your personal brand should be an easy daily filter that you create content and reach out to your audience with. And finally, Justin Wu, founder of CoinState says “Be a master of your craft, skillset or industry before starting a personal brand. Then your content will help amplify who you are.”  When initially building his personal brand, he garnered a reputation of being an expert in his field while simultaneously amplifying on social media that same renown. If you’re deeply skilled in one area, your reputation alone will help you build the brand you want.

3. Tell a story.

If your personal brand isn’t telling a story, you’ve already lost half of your potential audience. Allen Gannett, chief strategy officer at Skyword and author of The Creative Curve explains it best:” The most effective personal branding strategy these days is to build a true narrative – single character monologues are boring in Tinseltown, and even more boring for your personal brand.” No one wants to hear you shout about your brand into the social media void, so create a story around your brand that your audience can engage with. Allen regularly meets and chats with his audience in airports around the world, further developing his warm and friendly personal brand.

One of the best ways to tell that story is through written content or video. For Pelpina Trip, social video strategist, this is definitely the case. Her own video channel on LinkedIn sees some of the highest levels of engagement across the platform. “The most personal way to communicate online is with video. Simply use your smartphone to video message your clients, make a personal connection with prospective clients and connect with co-workers. After all, you always have your smartphone on you!”

4. Be consistent.

Being consistent is very similar to having a narrow focus—it’s much easier to get recognized for one topic if you consistently create content and brand voice around it. “Ensure that your personal brand promise stays consistent, both online and offline,” explains Fyiona Yong, director and millennial leadership coach (ICF ACC). She regularly works with millennials in a corporate context to help them define their more conservative work goals. “You have to demonstrate consistency across your communication, gravitas, and appearance. Don’t underestimate how tiny inconsistencies can derail personal brand effectiveness.”

On the opposite, creative side, CyreneQ, a top storyteller on Snapchat, suggests “something consistent either visually or personality wise. Something unique that people can associate with your brand and know it’s you. For example, a sidekick mascot or having a catchphrase you say after every video – something people can fall in love with.” Her sidekick mascot, Ele, has garnered millions of views per Snap for brand work, allowing her fun personal brand to represent big box brands like Walmart and DC.  So whether you’re creating a wild, incredibly out-there fun brand or one that’s a bit more on the conservative, corporate side, consistency is key.

Accelerator programme championing diversity in entrepreneurship in Wales announces winners – Welsh Business News

Accelerator programme designed to champion diversity in entrepreneurship in Wales announces inaugural award winners
10 May 2021 NEWS Business Matters

An accelerator programme designed to champion diversity across the Welsh business start-up landscape has announced the winners of its inaugural awards.
The Excelerator Programme has seen 23 entrepreneurs that are young, female, disabled or from a black and minority ethnic background participate in a Welsh Government-funded 12-week immersive accelerator programme.

The programme was launched to support groups that have been disproportionately affected by COVID-19, to help budding entrepreneurs launch and grow their business idea or scale an existing business.

The Excelerator Programme has included expert masterclasses for founders and mentorship and professional coaching from business start-up and scaleup experts. It has been delivered as part of the Business Wales Accelerated Growth Programme, which is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund through the Welsh Government. The programme has supported 1053 businesses in Wales to create over 9000 jobs. Research led by Professor Max Mundy of Cardiff Business School has demonstrated that £17 is generated in the Welsh economy for every £1 spent on high growth business support.

The Excelerator Programme Awards took place on Friday 7th May to celebrate the achievements of the entrepreneurs taking part in the programme. An independent panel of business experts judged the awards, and the winners were as follows:

Lean Start-up Award

An award for the individual with the most innovative approach in implementing lean methodology to develop their business

Winner: Ed Willes, founder of FENTA, a peer-to-peer fashion rental market helping people save money and the planet.

Innovative Business Development Award

An award for the individual who has taken the most innovative approach to the development of their business.

Winner: Dr Youmna Mouhamad, founder of Myana Naturals, a detangling comb and lotion applicator specifically designed for natural afro hair.

Overcoming Barriers Award

An award for the individual who has overcome the biggest personal or business barriers.

Winner: Gurinder Randeva, founder of Glamdeva, an online platform to easily compare prices, book and pay for hair and makeup services anywhere in the UK.

Most Collaborative Participant Award

An award for the individual who has collaborated most effectively with fellow participants during the Excelerator Programme.

Winner: Sally Brooks, founder of Brooklands People Development Services, a development company helping people and employees to achieve their full potential.

Excelerator Programme Champion Award

An award for the individual who has shown the most commitment and positive mindset during the Excelerator Programme.

Winner: Amy Sinha, a classically trained singer and founder of Amy Sinha Ltd, a professional voice-over agency.

High Potential Business Award

An award for the individual with the highest potential business in relation to sales, job opportunities and export.

Winner: Martina Fabricci, founder of CRISPR, who has developed an accessible e-learning platform for scientific research targeted at students, scientists, academics and industry professionals.

Excelerator award

An award for the individual who has made the most progress on their business during the Excelerator Programme.

Winner: Catherine Williams, founder of O’Honni, a luxurious lingerie brand, measuring app and support community for breast cancer survivors who have undergone mastectomy or lumpectomy surgery.

Richard Morris, Programme Director for the Accelerated Growth Programme, said: “We have been blown away by the commitment our Excelerator Programme participants have shown over the last 12 weeks. We have packed an enormous amount into a short time and have been so impressed by the dedication and tenacity of our business founders.

“The achievements of our participants are even more remarkable when you consider we are still in a pandemic, and many have had to juggle caring responsibilities and work commitments while working hard on developing their business plans.

“Everybody taking part in the Excelerator Programme has made significant progress on their business, which made judging these awards a difficult task. We congratulate our deserving winners and look forward to watching them develop their exciting businesses over the coming months and years.”

Cat Williams, the winner of the Excelerator Award, said: “It’s such an honour to be selected for this award and to be recognised for the progress I have made in the last 12 weeks, alongside all my fellow participants who have all worked incredibly hard on their businesses.

“My business was born because I am passionate about delivering a positive and empowering experience for women dealing with a life changing breast cancer diagnosis. The Excelerator Programme has helped me so much in developing my business strategy and has given me the tools and confidence I need to take my business to the next level. I now feel ready to get my brand out there, and can’t wait for the next stage of my business journey.”
