SKYDIVE IN WALES

Looking for that next big adrenaline rush and a once in a lifetime experience?

Why not jump for charity while doing something incredible, all while supporting the Army’s national charity. Tandem skydiving is the easiest and most hassle-free way to make your first parachute jump. You will be in a dual harness, securely attached to your instructor who will give you a taste of what skydiving is all about. You’ll experience the amazing thrill of freefalling from 12,000 ft and enjoy a long parachute descent.

Skydive Swansea has been flying high over the glorious Gower Peninsular in South Wales since 2007. Carl Williams (ex army) the Chief Instructor has been involved in the sport for over 30 years. With over 100 hours in free fall & over 13,000 jumps, he has been a tandem instructor for approximately 4,500 tandem jumps. Carl has also been instructing Accelerated Free Fall solo jumps since the early 90’s. Throughout his career, Carl has specialised in many aspects of the sport including flying parachuting aircraft and representing Great Britain in World Championships. Carl has won both team and individual awards in the National Championships between 1993 and 2018.

Seven Ways To Keep A Cool Head During Lockdown

On Saturday, Britsh prime minster Boris Johnson announced that the U.K. would effectively be entering a second national lockdown from Thursday. This lockdown, which came as a surprise to many, is due to last for four weeks, ending on 2 December.

In this environment of extreme uncertainty, leaders will need to keep thinking positively and draw on their resilience in order to keep a cool head. So, how can they do this? Here, seven successful entrepreneurs, mentors and business owners offer their top tips for remaining resilient through a second national lockdown.

1.     Believe that NO means Next Opportunity

“The secret of my success was to always think of the corridor concept and believe that with the right determination and persistence, doors would always open for me,” says Darren Lewitt, businessman, mentor and author of Dream, Create, Believe, Achieve. “Why not challenge yourself and decide which doors and corridors you ultimately aim to conquer? Sometimes a door will be shut firmly in your face, but you must not let that set you back. I have always believed that if someone says ‘NO’ it simply means ‘Next Opportunity’. Stay positive and believe that things happen for a reason and you’ll do just fine.”

2.     Don’t take setbacks personally, see them as feedback

“Life is a constant test of character, belief and ideals,” observes Leonard Sekyonda, an entrepreneur, mentor and author of Be Your Own Hero Again. “Throughout life we are presented with many obstacles and challenges that will test us, but it is only through resilience that we are truly able to go after what we aspire to achieve in life. To be resilient is to not give up, just pick yourself up and try again. So many people stop at the first few obstacles they face and, as a result, never get to discover their true capability. I believe resilience is the ability to not take our setbacks personally but instead to see them as feedback.”

3.     Be prepared to pivot

“Life as a business owner is very tough and not for the faint-hearted,” argues Tracey Smolinski, founder of global business network Introbiz and co-author of Inspirational Women of the World. “As soon as Covid-19 hit, we had to make very fast decisions to alter and pivot the business. From doing all our business 100% face-to-face we had to shift, learning the skills of Zoom and other online platforms. It is so important to have a good network around you in these challenging times.”

4.     Don’t be afraid of making mistakes – none of us are perfect

“Over the years I have made a lot of mistakes that have cost me time and money, millions sometimes,” says Gian Paolo Aliatis, a serial entrepreneur and co-living property expert. “From mistakes comes wisdom, however. In the long run, my mistakes will save me 10-fold in profit compared with what I lost making those initial mistakes. I am still surprised by the level of business and industry knowledge that I have managed to acquire.”

5.     Accept that you can’t control everything

“Try to accept the situation you’re in, rather than put energy into fighting or questioning things,” advises Blake Auden, a graphic artist and poet. “It takes time, but once we come to accept what’s going on, we can focus on taking positive steps to improve the things we can control. I try to count the things I’m grateful for once a day, limit my exposure to the news and negative social media, and do all I can to actively seek out positive stories. Lastly, I try to focus on my art: on turning everything I’m feeling into something creative. Every day I make time to write, draw, journal, paint – anything that gives the day some structure and allows me to forget the outside world for just a little while.”

6.     Choose to be joyful and positive

“Something I remind myself of every single day is to choose joy and positivity over anything else,” reveals Emilia Ohrtmann, serial entrepreneur, designer and author of It’s Your Life: How to Choose Confidence. “Whether it’s enjoying some special bonding times with your children, connecting with old friends via the internet, trying something new like baking or a new yoga posture, being a child again or dancing in the living room to loud music, look for the little things that bring joy.”

7.     Get reacquainted with nature… and your partner

“Take advantage of the opportunity to exercise outdoors,” recommends Suzanne Pool, a women’s empowerment expert and author of Discipline: A Secret Code for Women in the Bedroom, Boardroom and Beyond. “A brisk walk every day is great for mental health. It’s an opportunity to process our thoughts and release pent-up energy. A walk also provides some structure in the day – it’s a useful anchor when many of our routines have been taken away from us. My other tip is to have some fun with your other half. Lockdown means we’re spending far more time with our partners, but that’s a useful chance to get to know each other again, and possibly rekindle some dwindling flames.”

The next four weeks are set to be a testing time for U.K. leaders, who will be expected to maintain the morale of their teams without knowing exactly what lies ahead. By focusing on these seven tips, they can help to enhance their own resilience so they emerge from the latest lockdown in a good state of mind.

Welsh Business News – Welsh Government to support small businesses with innovative ideas #WelshBiz

The Welsh Government is making funding available to support businesses with innovative products and services that will help communities and the public sector adapt to the ongoing impact of the coronavirus pandemic.

The Small Business Research Initiative (SBRI), which can offer up to £50,000 to promising projects able to start in January 2021 and complete by the end of March, will also be important for schemes that can support the public sector after the EU Transition period.

The focus will be on creating better lives closer to home, by delivering against three key objectives that support the Welsh Government’s Economic Action Plan. These are to:

Build Back Green – enabling businesses and communities to adapt to the ongoing challenges posed by COVID-19 with a focus on a healthier, cleaner and more sustainable Wales. We are looking for solutions that enable people to continue to work closer to home, considering accessibility and safety whilst maintaining a sense of community and connection.
Create sustainability and security in supply chains – supporting place-based and needs-led driven business supply chains to secure jobs for the future and to safeguard against further supply chain disruptions so that communities have access to healthy food sources.
Support mental and physical wellbeing for all generations – developing new products and services to address mental health, improve access to care, and support the resilience of communities throughout the pandemic and beyond.
Solutions could include ways to use emerging digital and smart technology to support the mental wellbeing of people within communities; reduce the impact of emissions on health; tackle the impacts of food poverty; or reduce unemployment and the need to commute.

Minister for Economy, Transport, and North Wales, Ken Skates, said: “The coronavirus pandemic is the biggest public health emergency this country has ever faced. We need people with expertise, entrepreneurship and innovative thinking to work with us and help deliver sustainable solutions to the challenges it poses to the long term wellbeing of our communities and economy.

“I am incredibly proud of the ingenuity and sense of community Wales has demonstrated in dealing with the impacts of coronavirus virus, but there is much more to be done as we continue to adapt to the ever changing landscape in which we live and work.

“The Small Business Research Initiative provides important funding for firms to link with the public sector and deliver important solutions to specific challenges. I encourage those with an interest to get involved.”

Lynda Jones, SBRI Centre of Excellence manager, said: “COVID 19 has affected us all, and for this challenge we are seeking innovations that will help support long term health and wellbeing whilst supporting communities and the economy.

“Successful applicants will have the unique opportunity to collaborate and work closely with a team of experts from the relevant sectors to help develop their solutions.”

The Small Business Research Initiative (SBRI) has a total of £250,000 available to offer successful projects.

Businesses have until 12pm on November 27, 2020 to submit their ideas.

For more information, e-mail: SBRI.COE@wales.nhs.uk

2020 Marks the Year of Introbiz’ First Global Online Summit

2020 marks the year of Introbiz’ first Global Online Summit, taking place from 25th – 27th November.

As one of Wales and the UK’s most ambitious, recognised business networks, established for nearly 12 years, the COVID epidemic has fuelled their mission to take the world by storm, even further this year.

Introbiz brings over 7000 visitors to their annual exhibitions & events with global leading entrepreneurs, such as Grant Cardone & Lord Sugar, and has connected with Sir Richard Branson & other leading global entrepreneurs at Necker Island events.

Having built up 12 years-worth of experience in providing industry leading events, COVID put a stop to the full year’s schedule of real-world networking events and businesses expo’s already booked in when the country went in to lockdown.

Introbiz MD’s Paul Smolinski & Tracey Smolinski were faced with a difficult decision: To shut up shop and wait for the pandemic to be over, or to innovate, pivot and look to rise – and even thrive – from the enforced situation. Being the optimistic fighters that they are, they chose the latter and switched their business to an online model as soon as the UK lockdown began.

Introbiz switched the membership and events model from real world events to online events and online membership, and continued with their weekly events, using Zoom as their new venue of choice. Since March 16th, they have hosted over 50 online events with over 40 global speakers and sports stars, pulling in thousands of visitors. On top of providing networking opportunities, they decided to leverage their previous relationships, with best-selling authors like Brian Tracey, Les Brown, Sharon Lechter, Dr John Demartini, Jairek Robbins & Tom Ziglar, to not only speak at their events, but to provide leading world-class training and knowledge, as well as live Q&A sessions to get real-time answers and expertise.

This successful pivot has inspired Paul & Tracey to create a Global Online Summit, creating a global opportunity that is appropriately named “Rise To Thrive.”

The “Rise To Thrive” Introbiz Global Summit is set to be one of the biggest online business events of 2020; offering current clients and the wider business community a virtual networking breakfast experience, and the opportunity to meet and greet global entrepreneurs and like-minded business owners like never before. The Summit will feature over 35 of the world’s most renowned names such as Les Brown, Sharon Lechter, John Demartini, Brian Tracy, Jariek Robbins, Tom Ziglar along with new additions such as; Rob Moore, Alec Stern, Camilita Nutall, Forbes Riley, Bob Burg and Evan Carmichael, to name just a small handful over the three days.

Introbiz anticipates welcoming people from all walks of life to join the Summit, including existing clients from professional services, hospitality, real estate, motor trade, leisure & tourism, and third sector to connect and to learn about the universal laws of health, wealth, success, relationships and connections.

Throughout COVID, Introbiz’ main aim has been to keep the economic wheel turning and to ensure that Welsh businesses remain inspired to connect, collaborate, network and grow. They hope that this one-off event will be a demonstration of finding the gift in adversity. Having reached over 25 countries so far, Introbiz aims to bridge the borders of our world through entrepreneurial spirit and progressive action.

Founder and MD of the Global Summit, Paul Smolinski says;

“We are proud to bring over 30 world-class global entrepreneurs and speakers to the Welsh, UK and global stage during these tough times, and are confident that business owners will be inspired and educated in many strategies to help them to pivot and grow out of these uncertain times”.
Introbiz invites you to join us at our first Online Summit to get inspired, and get connected.

Welsh Business News – Over 5,500 businesses apply for Welsh Government’s £100m Economic Resilience Fund in two days | North Wales Chronicle

THE first-come-first-serve business grants of the Welsh Government’s £100million Economic Resilience Fund has been fully subscribed with more than 5,500 businesses applying for support in just two days.

Demand from businesses of all sizes across Wales has been received since the latest round of the ERF Development Grants which opened to applications on Wednesday, October 28.

Businesses can still however benefit from the £200m available from the third phase of the fund.

The £100m business grants are part of the £300m made available in the third stage of the ERF by the Welsh Government to support businesses continuing to be affected by the coronavirus pandemic. £20m of this is ring-fenced for tourism and hospitality businesses.

The Welsh Government said applications will now be processed as quickly as possible and it expects to start getting support out to businesses from mid-November.

Businesses can still benefit from the £200m available from the third phase.

Retail, hospitality and leisure businesses that are required to close and which occupy a property with a rateable value of between £12,001 and £51,000 will be eligible for a share of the £200m funding and all businesses eligible for Small Business rate relief will also receive support. Businesses have to register and update their details via Business Wales or their Local Authority to receive financial support.

Eligible firms that do not qualify for business rates linked grants are able to apply for awards of up to £2,000 from a £25m discretionary fund via their local authority.

Economy minister Ken Skates said: “The importance of the Economic Resilience Fund to Welsh businesses is evident in the sheer number of applications that have been received. We know that businesses have been preparing for this for some time, ever since the eligibility checker opened earlier this month.

“We know this is an incredibly difficult and challenging time for companies. We will work hard to get this much needed funding out of the door and into the bank accounts of businesses that need it as quickly as we can.

On top of providing networking opportunities, they decided to leverage their previous relationships, with best-selling entrepreneurship authors and educators such as Brian Tracey, Les Brown, Sharon Lechter, Dr. John Demartini, Jairek Robbins & Tom Ziglar, to not only speak at their events, but to provide leading world-class training and knowledge, and live Q&A sessions to get real-time answers and expertise to the real-time problems.

This successful pivot has inspired Paul & Tracey to create a Global Online Business Conference to create a global opportunity that is appropriately named; “Rise To Thrive”.

The “Rise To Thrive” Introbiz Global Summit is going to be one of THE online business events of 2020; offering current clients and the wider business community a virtual networking breakfast experience, and the opportunity to meet and greet global entrepreneurs and like-minded business owners like never before. We will be graced by the presence and wisdom of over 35 of the world’s most renowned names such as Les Brown, Sharon Lechter, John Demartini, Brian Tracy, Jariek Robbins, Tom Ziglar along with new additions such as; Rob Moore, Alec Stern, Camilita Nutall, Forbes Riley, Bob Burg, and Evan Carmichael, to name just a small handful over the three days.

Introbiz anticipates welcoming people from all walks of life to join the Online Business Conference, including our existing clients from professional services, hospitality, real estate, motor trade, leisure & tourism, and third sector to connect and to learn about the universal laws of health, wealth, success, relationships and connections.

Throughout COVID, Introbiz’ main aim has been to keep the economic wheel turning and to ensure that Welsh businesses remain inspired to connect, collaborate, network, and grow, and we hope that this one-off event will be a demonstration of finding the gift in adversity. Having reached over 25 countries so far, we aim to bridge the borders of our world through entrepreneurial spirit and progressive action.

Founder and MD of the Global Summit, Paul Smolinski says; “We are proud to bring over 30 world-class global entrepreneurs and speakers to the Welsh, UK and global stage during these tough times, and are confident that business owners will be inspired and educated in many strategies to help them to pivot and grow out of these uncertain times”.

Online Welsh Business Conference / Global Business Summit – & 3 Mega Pre-Summit Business Networking Events

Welsh Business News - Welsh Business Conference

2020 marks the year of Introbiz’ first Online Global Business Conference, taking place from 25th – 27th November.

As one of Wales and the UK’s most ambitious, recognised business networks, established for nearly 12 years, and bringing over 7000 visitors to our annual exhibitions & events with global leading entrepreneurs, such as Grant Cardone & Lord Sugar, and connecting with Sir Richard Branson & other leading global entrepreneurs at Necker Island events etc, the COVID epidemic has only fuelled our mission to take the world by storm, even further this year.

Having built up 12 years’ worth of experience in providing industry-leading events, COVID put a stop to these in March 2020, when the whole country went into Lockdown, thus putting an end to the full year’s schedule of real-world networking events and businesses expo’s already booked in. Introbiz MD’s Paul Smolinski & Tracey Smolinski were faced with a difficult decision. Do they shut up shop and wait for the Pandemic to be over, or do they innovate, pivot, and look to rise and even thrive from the enforced situation. Being the optimistic fighters that they are, they chose the latter and switched their business to an online model as soon as the UK lockdown began.

Introbiz switched the membership and events model from real-world events to online events & online membership and continued on with their weekly events, utilising the zoom platform as their new venue of choice. Since March 16th, 2020 we have hosted over 50 online events with over 40 global speakers and sports stars that have pulled in thousands of visitors to our weekly online events.

AS Roma in 15th position. The Italian giants finished 2nd in 2016/17 season and at the time of writing this article, sit in 3rd in the 2017/18 season. They have won 12 domestic honours in modern time helping to cement them as a European giant. Valued at £481 million, Roma is one of 4 Italian clubs that are recognised as truly global clubs. I Nerazzurri

Inter Milan’s nickname is I Nerazzurri (The Black and Blues). They were founded in 1908 and share their home ground the San Siro with their rivals AC Milan.

Inter Milan find themselves in 14th position, behind their Milan rivals and stadium partners, AC Milan. The Italian giants have suffered a number of poor seasons, which has seen their global reach decline. However, with 55 million fans worldwide and revenue at £260 million last year, things are far from dire. The club has seen a turn in form in recent seasons and with a number of key players performing well, things may soon be turning around for Inter.

Tottenham find themselves in 13th position. In the modern era of the game they have found themselves falling behind their bitter North London rivals. However in recent times, Spurs commercial team have done a fantastic job in setting a global strategy. With their new stadium at White Hart Lane and a deal with the NFL, Spurs are making all the right moves. Valued at £1.3 billion and revenue hitting new heights with lucrative sponsorship deals, all Spurs now need it to turn the financial success into on field success. If they can do that, Spurs will be well placed for global fan growth.

The second biggest team in Germany and arguably the neutrals favourite come in at 12th position. Klopp lead BVB back into glory with league glory in 2010–112011–12, however since then have struggled to keep up with the Munich giants. They have been the victim a serious of shopping runs, as wealthier and bigger clubs have lured their young stars away from the Westfalenstadion. Dortmund is often hailed as having the best youth system in the world, producing players such as Christian Pulisic, Mario Götze and Marco Reus.

Valued at £693 million pounds and with growing worldwide following, Dortmund will be one to watch in coming years, especially should the rumours of big foreign investment come to pass.

A lot of people will be shocked to see Man City sitting so low in 11th position, but what we must remember is that their success and financial power is relatively recent. Spanish newspaper Sport published research into Man City and Man United, in which it was revealed that Man City’s fanbase grew 523% as rivals Man United saw a worrying 19% drop off. With shirt sales and revenue growth year on year and if their current success continues, it is only a matter of time until we see Manchester City challenging for a top 3 spot on the global stage.

Shirt Sales: 685 000 (2016)
Shirt sponsorship deals: 20 million a year
Average match attendance: 46856/47929
Worldwide fans: 35 million
Revenue: £499 million
Club value: £990 million

Les Parisiens

Les Parisiens (The Parisians) is the nickname of PSG. The French giants were founded only in 1970 yet is the most popular team in France.

The only French team to make the list, however, it will be no surprise to anyone to see PSG make the list. Although only founded in 1970, the club has a richer history that stretches back to the start of the century. With the arrival of the Qatar sports investment saw a new age with signings such as Zlatan Ibrahimović. PSG attained four league titles, three Coupe de France, four Coupe de la Ligue and five Trophée des Champions titles. Currently, the club has a fierce front three with the Uruguayan striker Edinson Cavani, the Brazilian Neymar and the young Frenchman Kylian Mbappé. Neymar and Kylian Mbappé alone at a cost of £406 million, that being £93 million shy of their total revenue of £499 million.

These staggering deals have drawn lots of questions from the international football community with regards to sustainability, but there is no denying PSG’s goals of becoming a world superpower. At a value of £990 million, which many believe is far undervalued, and 35 million fans worldwide, there are little who aren’t looking at PSG with envy. If PSG continues on this path (that many believe they can’t) we could be seeing a Champions League Title heading towards France in the near future.

Ac Milan, biggest club in italy

9. AC Milan

Social Following
Facebook 25 million
Instagram 8.6 million
Twitter 7.4 million
Shirt sales: 650 000 (2016)
Shirt sponsorship deals: £15 million a year
Average match attendance: 50801/80018
Worldwide fans: 95 million fans
Revenue: £191 million
Club value: £600 million

I Rossoneri

I Rossoneri is the nickname of the Italian giants. They were founded in 1899 some 9 years ahead of their rivals Inter Milan who they share the San Siro with.

The Italian giants who have 7 European Cup/UEFA Champions League titles and who dominated Italy during the 90s have in recent times not enjoyed that success. Finacial issues, match-fixing allegations and poor domestic performances, saw the decline of AC Milan. The 95 million worldwide fans, may seem large, however, the club has seen little growth in their global reach since their golden era.

But with new investment from Chinese investors, has brought new hope to the sleeping giants. With recent spending in the transfer market, AC Milan is now hoping they will be able to rebuild the glory of their past. The news of a potential new stadium will no doubt continue the revival of the club. In 9th position of the Worlds biggest clubs, AC Milan may be soon making some moves, the only question is which direction?

Juve big club

8. Juventus

Social Following
Facebook 41 million
Instagram 43.5 million
Twitter 11 million
Shirt sales: 850 000 (2016)
Shirt sponsorship deals: £14.76 million a year
Average match attendance: 38395/41507
Worldwide fans: 27 million
Revenue: £371 million
Club value: £1.17 billion

la Vecchia Signora

la Vecchia Signora (the Old Lady) is the nickname of Juventus. Founded in 1897 by a group of Torinese students.

The Italian giants have dominated Serie A of late. With a number of smart free transfers, they have been able to pick up quality players that have managed to steer them clear of the financial troubles of their Italian rivals. That, however, doesn’t mean that they have shied away from spending when it makes the difference. Cristiano Ronaldo was signed from Real Madrid for a staggering £105million in 2018 to make him the worlds 3rd most expensive player (at the time, crazy things have happened since then).

In a recent study, it was found that Juventus are currently the most loved club in Italy, but also the most hated.  Juventus since the purchase of Ronaldo has seen their fanbase and fame spread and as a result, have jumped to the top of Italy. With a club value of just over a billion pounds, Juventus land themselves in 8th position and one wonders how long it will be until they climb above their Italian rivals.

Bayern Munich biggest club in the world

7. FC Bayern Munich

Social Following
Facebook 50 million
Instagram 23.7 million
Twitter 7 million
Shirt sales: 1 500 000 (2016)
Shirt sponsorship deal: £30.39 million a year
Average match attendance: 75000/75000
Worldwide fans: 45 million
Revenue: £581 million
Club value: £2.34 billion

Die Bayern

The nickname of the German giants meaning the Bavarians. Club was founded on the 27th February 1900.

Bayern Munich, the biggest and most successful club in Germany and 7th in this list. 7th may seem a little low for this giant that has enjoyed so much success in recent years. However, with the continued global expansion of the Premier League, Bayern has seen its growth slow relative to that of Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea.

With 45 million worldwide fans, a social following of over 62 million and the 4th highest-earning football club in the world with £581 million in revenue, Bayern are on any standards a global giant. On top of this, all the Bavarian giants boast no fewer than 290,000 official club members, which is the largest in the world.

So back to the question of why 7th? Well to be honest. Positions 7-4 are so very tight, in the coming seasons we should be seeing those 4 teams rotating positions regularly.

Liverpool biggest club in the world

6. Liverpool

Social Following
Facebook 36.7 million
Instagram 28.2 million
Twitter 15.5 million
Shirt sales: 805 000 (2016)
Shirt sponsorship deals: £30 million a year
Average match attendance: 53185/54074
Worldwide fans: 100 million
Revenue: £455 million
Club value: £1.7 billion

The Reds

The nickname of the English giants. Founded in 1892, the club joined the Football League in 1893 and has played at Anfield since its formation.

Liverpool, the Reds of Merseyside come in at 6th in the list. With a global following of over a 100 million fans worldwide and a club value of £1.7 billion, Liverpool is the most successful club in English football, which can account for a lot of their global reach. Club icons like Steven Gerrard, have helped with the clubs global expansion of the club, particularly in Asia and Africa.

Liverpool is England’s most successful club in Europe with 6 European Cup victories. The current manager Jurgen Klopp is highly admired by fans all over the world and is renowned for building exciting attacking, but most importantly successful teams. Fans will be hoping that this will continue soon with Liverpool as they continue to make their way up the list.

Arsenal, biggest club in the world

5. Arsenal

Social Following

Shirt sales: 1 125 000 (2016)
Shirt sponsorship deals: £30 million a year
Average match attendance: 59295/60432
Worldwide fans: 125 million
Revenue: £386 million
Club value: £1.81 billion

The Gunners

The nickname of the English giants. The fans however will often call themselves Gooners, which is derived from the nickname ‘Gunners’.

Arsenal, one of the biggest clubs in English football and the most successful club in London, Arsenal has over 62 million social followers and 125 million fans worldwide. The club is valued at over £1.8 billion with revenues of £386 million. The club’s majority shareholder American Stan Kroenke has received a lot of criticism, with Arsenal being the 6th richest club in the world, yet have lacked the financial backing to match the ambition of recent history.

Long-serving manager Arsene Wenger left after 22 years at the club and in his wake the club has had a tough time. But with Mikel Arteta at the helm, fans and pundits alike are looking at Arsenal in a new light, with a FA cup win already under his belt could this be the dawn of something new. No one can deny the calibre of players he has attracted to the club, such as all-time great Thierry Henry and German World Cup winner, Mesut Ozil. Wenger in his time also brought together the invincibles that went a season and a total of 49 games unbeaten. He helped bring Arsenal to their new stadium the Emirates and truly propel Arsenal onto the global stage that sees them land themselves in 5th place on the list.

Chelsea biggest club in the world

4. Chelsea FC

Social Following
Facebook 48 million
Instagram 23.8 million
Twitter 15.2 million
Shirt sales: 1 650 000 (2016)
Shirt sponsorship deals: £40 million a year
Average match attendance: 41429/41631
Worldwide fans: 145 million
Revenue: £443 million
Club value: £2 billion

They have also secured the 2nd most lucrative shirt sponsorship deal in Premier League history from Yokohama for £40 million a year.

With players such as Didier Drogba, Frank Lampard and Eden Hazard in recent years, Chelsea has built of a formidable machine. With a new stadium on the horizon and Roman showing no signs of slowing down his love and spending for Chelsea, they will be sure to continue their global expansion.

Barca

The nickname of the Spanish giants. Founded in 1899 by a group of Swiss, English and Catalan footballers.

As we now enter the top 3, we are sure that most will be able to guess who they are. It is just a question of who finishes where. Barcelona the first Spanish team we have seen on the list and find themselves in 3rd. No one in their right mind would argue that Barcelona are not a global club. At a value of nearly a staggering £3 billion pounds and a yearly revenue of £566 million, the club dwarfs most even on this list.

With 450 million fans worldwide and over 200 million fans on social media, Barcelona’s global reach is impressive.

Cristiano Ronaldo (now at Juve) and his rivalry with Lionel Messi is the perfect metaphor for the struggle that rages on every year between Real and Barca. Manchester United the biggest and most successful club in England, comes in at number one, as the biggest and most supported team in the world. A survey carried out by the club a number of years ago reported that Manchester United had over 650 million fans worldwide with recent reports estimating as many as 750 million.

Alex Ferguson was instrumental in building the success and global mass expansion of the club. With the class of 92, they enjoyed unprecedented success, with Ferguson winning a total of 38 trophies as manager. At a value of £3.1 billion, no one would argue the global reach of Manchester United, from Manchester to Seoul, to Cape Town and Alaska you can find United fans, it truly is staggering the reach that the club does have and certainly in the near future, we can only see two clubs that have the ability to knock United off the top spot.

Online Welsh Business Conference / Global Business Summit – & 3 Mega Pre-Summit Global Business Networking Events by Cardiff Business Networking Company, Introbiz

Welsh Business News - Welsh Business Conference

2020 marks the year of Introbiz’ first Online Global Business Summit, taking place from 25th – 27th November.

Introbiz anticipates welcoming people from all walks of life to join the Online Business Summit, including our existing clients from professional services, hospitality, real estate, motor trade, leisure & tourism, and third sector to connect and to learn about the universal laws of health, wealth, success, relationships and connections.
