Dating app Tinder has begun working on Global Mode, which will allow users to match with others internationally. The new feature will be offered as a free add-on to the app, per Engadget.

Tinder already has a paid feature called Passport, which allows members to connect with others in various locations. The Passport feature was previously released for free till 30th April 2020.

Now, the new Global Mode will remove geographic filters for the app’s users to match with others. However, users will not be able to pick which cities to find others through Global Mode as Tinder will continue to offer the option to select locations with the paid Passport feature.
