Tensions of the sexual kind were a-brew after Starbucks recently announced that it was adopting a tool that would block visitors from surfing pornographic material using its free Wi-Fi.

“To ensure the Third Place remains safe and welcoming to all, we have identified a solution to prevent this content from being viewed within our stores and we will begin introducing it to our US locations in 2019,” the chain confirmed in a press statement obtained by Business Insider.

Pervy patrons weren’t the only ones who were less than aroused at the news. As it seems, Charlie Hughes, the Vice President of adult content platform YouPorn, issued a memo to employees proclaiming the company’s new stance against Starbucks.

Hughes’ internal letter read, “In light of the news that Starbucks has blocked customers from searching and viewing adult content within their establishments, Starbucks products will officially be banned from the YouPorn offices, effective 1 January 2019.”

The authenticity of the memo was confirmed to Forbes by a spokesperson of YouPorn, so it looks like employees have about a month to wean off their Starbucks addictions.

As for whether a ban has truly been enacted, the source said staffers would have to wait until 2019 to see if they get reprimanded for inviting the siren to work.

Meanwhile, adult site Pornhub has found a workaround regarding Starbucks’ new policy by introducing a ‘Safe For Work’ category.

Responding to @Starbucks filtering porn off its WiFi networks next year, youporn banned Starbucks from its offices.
Strange times. Just paying $3 for a simple coffee is a turn off for me and it takes me hours to recover, days if I am stuck and needed to buy actual Starbucks food pic.twitter.com/wY72DkylH5
